Overview
This tool can be used to replace zZ-formatted labels with the desired formats in Newick or other text file formats.
For example, 16S sequence with an accession of CP012371 may be used as zZ-format (zZJMST01000030zZ) in multiple alignment files.
Using this tool, you can change it to either Escherichia coli, Escherichia coli ATCC 11775 or Escherichia coli ATCC 11775/JMST01000030.
